Five Star Acquires Two Companies in the Gulf Coast

Expanding the company’s base in Florida and Louisiana

Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a leading provider of micro markets, full-service vending, and office coffee services, today announces the acquisition of two vending companies in the Gulf Coast region — Quality Vending Services and Wayne's Vending. Both acquisitions occurred in the weeks prior to the new year. Each operation is located inside Five Star Breaktime Solutions’ current operating footprint driving growth of the company’s customer base in the Florida panhandle and metro New Orleans.

Quality Vending Services, founded in 2008 by Steve Demeter, operates two vending routes servicing the greater Pensacola, FL area. The acquisition of Quality Vending Services increases Five Star’s presence in the Florida Gulf Coast and will allow Five Star to share their breaktime solutions with these new customers.

Wayne's Vending, founded by Wayne Burckel in 1986, has been in the New Orleans, LA community for over three decades servicing approximately 90 clients. The addition of Wayne's Vending to Five Star Breaktime Solutions strengthens the company's position in New Orleans and aligns with its commitment to enhance the breaktime experience for their clients.
