Five Star Breaktime Solutions Acquires Cool Springs Refreshments

Nashville, TN – August 29, 2024 – Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a leading breakroom market and refreshment services provider in the Southeast, has announced the acquisition of Nashville’s Cool Springs Refreshments, LLC. The acquisition grows Five Star’s customer base across the Middle Tennessee region expanding its presence and ability to offer custom experiences and service to Nashville breakroom locations.

Cool Springs Refreshments was founded in 2004 by Robert Venables, who pivoted from a career in healthcare to take on the entrepreneurial venture of launching a vending machine business. Venables successfully grew the company into a multi-route operation serving nearly 60 customer locations through 130 vending machines and micro markets.

The acquisition of Cool Springs Refreshments allows Five Star Breaktime Solutions to expand its market reach and enhance its service offerings, including an increased focus on breakroom markets, vending machines, office coffee solutions, and other breaktime services.
